A simple truth many don’t want to face
Every single person I know that has struggled with their weight or is overweight usually experiences more health issues than a person who was at a healthy weight.
Maintaining a healthy weight does not exclude you from health issues, but it can mitigate your health issues – especially if you implement healthy habits overall.

Headaches
Thyroid issues
Diabetes – Type 2
Swollen body parts
High blood pressure
Unnecessary joints and muscle aches
