It’s that time of year
I know I am, which is why I only seek out natural supplements and herbs to combat allergies.
One I’m trying now is called Stinging Nettle, which has been stated to be a natural anti-histamine and anti-inflammatory.
This is day one of trying the supplement, so it will take time to review the results. The only con I’ve noticed so far is drowsiness, which I experienced shortly after taking it.
Some other supplements and herbs I may try later include the following:
Quercetin
Bromelain
Butterbur
I only introduce one supplement per week to review my body’s reaction.
One week may not be enough time to some, but for me, it’s been a decent enough time block to observe differences:
