Love yourself by being proactive
There is a fine line between accepting an unhealthy body and working to improve your health.
Whenever I experienced the consequences of unhealthy lifestyle choices, I had two options:
Accept my habits and body as it is.
Accept my habits and body as it is, and proactively shift my habits to create a better health outcome.
Which option will you choose? The choice is yours. Don’t get stuck in your comfort zone about your health, though. Staying here too long has consequences,

“It isn’t going to be awesome if she gets diabetes.”
