Achieving Your Goals Won’t Always Feel “Great”
But the reward will make every bit of pain worth it
You will get frustrated.
You will want to quit.
You will not feel encouraged.
You will suffer temporarily.
You will feel uncomfortable.
You will question whether or not the goal is worth achieving.
You will question your ability to achieve the goal.
You will feel like sh*t sometimes.
But consistency is the most important thing you can execute through all of these thoughts and feelings.
Make consistency your number one priority; this will separate you from the average person to a world-class success.
Weightloss Example
If you want to lose weight, eating the chocolate chip cookie won’t get you in a smaller pant size, but getting that workout in will.
Consistently prioritize the right actions, activities, habits, and choices, and you will notice a significant shift in your life experience and how quickly you reach your goals.
In Summary
Achieving your goals won’t always feel “Great,” but the rewards will feel far better than any temporary pain you experienced.
Ignore the pain, and focus on the results you desire.
