When we finally stop, we notice things we didn’t see as we moved so quickly.
Overwork, overplay, overeating, overdrinking, overspending, overloving, over anything, all point to an imbalance within ourselves.
What are you running from?
What void are you trying to fill?
Why do you continue running away from wholeness and happiness?
Stop, pause, reflect, and make a change.
Imbalance is always a signpost that it’s time to move differently.
