Sometimes, we get so caught up in our goals that we forget to do these three things. If we execute these three things, we can consistently go hard at our goals, but we must maintain our health to do so.
Before you start the next goal, take a moment to breathe, rest, reflect, and ensure you’re aligned and fully charged before tackling the next goal.
