It’s easy to climb out of bed, get dressed, and head on straight into your work mode.
But, we tend to be at least twice as productive when we dedicate some time to ourselves before we get started.
Here are some things you could do before jumping into work:
:: Stretching
:: Reading
:: Drinking your favorite cup of hot stuff
:: Walking
:: Working out
:: Meditating
:: Working on your side hustle
:: Writing
:: Journaling
:: Reviewing your goals

Any of these activities (and others) can help you jumpstart your day into super-productive mode. There is something magical about allocating some time to yourself first each day before allocating time to everyone else.
Try it, and see what happens.
