Free and healthy (in moderation)
If you work out at the end of the workday, you’re either not feeling like going, dead ass tired, or energetic (1% of the population).
Black coffee is an excellent stimulant to leverage before or during (intra) your workout.
I don’t drink black coffee before or during every workout, but when I need an energy boost, I use it as a pre and intra-workout.
However, coffee is primarily my intra-workout supplement because my energy increases once I get started working out; as I continue my workout, my energy can sometimes wane, which is where black coffee comes in handy.
Apple cider vinegar also provides a nice zing before I head out to get my workout in.
