Avoidance doesn’t help anything or anyone (especially YOU)
Getting your annual exams is the same as taking in your car for its routine maintenance.
We all should go to the dentist at least twice a year.
We all should get our physical and blood work done at least once a year.
Some need breast exams, colonoscopies, full-body skin exams, etc.
Unfortunately, so many people don’t go to the doctor and avoid staying in tune with what’s happening in their bodies.
Health avoidance is always imprudent.
Attending your regular checkups is a way for you to show yourself self-love.
The more you love and care about yourself, the more you can prioritize your health.
Don’t skip out on the annual exams. It’s always better to know what’s good or can be improved versus not knowing. Ignorance is not bliss or helpful to your future.
