The addiction we have adopted to care for everything and everyone but ourselves
It can be addicting to care for everything and everyone except yourself, and when we constantly see people do this, we follow in their footsteps. It wasn’t until my mother started investing in herself that I started to mimic her behaviors and take better care of myself.
People are worn out, codependent, tired, depressed, and struggling within their lives because they’re not caring for themselves. You can help end this trend today by investing in your health. Believe it or not, your health journey will inspire others, and they will follow suit – just as I did after observing my mother.
