5 habits that increase productivity
Habits will either build your life and make it better or destroy it (usually over time).
Sometimes the destruction isn’t immediately conspicuous; it’s often insidious because you’ll wake up one day and wonder why you’re still in the same place you were twenty years ago.
If you change your habits, you will change your life.
Before giving my time to others, I aim to complete all, most, or some of these things to ensure I make progress on my life:
Read a book that will help your mind expand.
Be quiet and still for at least one minute.
Stretch and move your body.
Take a short walk.
Work on a goal.
