Don’t focus on who you were in the past
Getting lost in your mistakes, shortcomings, and the past can be time-consuming and severely unproductive. Another route one could take instead is to focus on the person they believe they can be and invest all their energy into being that person.
The world, our past, and the people in our lives will rush to tell us who we are, what we’ve done, and who we will be. However, only we can determine the person we’re becoming. It’s common knowledge that we can become an entirely new person in the span of 11 months.
Write down the type of person you desire to be, do the work, and live as if you’re already that person.
Don’t look back. Only move forward.
