What You Do And Don’t Do Are All Habits.
Trying to establish a new habit, but don’t feel like you can nail down the art of consistency?
Well, here is one truth: you are already consistent.
Habits — whether they are good habits, healthy habits, bad habits, or unhealthy habits — require consistency.
If you don’t regularly exercise and eat healthy, this is demonstrative of a consistent habit.
Some people have a habit of consistently thinking negatively. Some people have a habit of making poor health choices. Some people have a habit of cutting off relationships. Some people have a habit of not paying their bills on time. Some people have addictive habits to substances, actions, and people.
Everyone has their own habits they do and do not do.
Truth: You don’t need to establish consistency; you already have consistency in your life. You only need to reverse the habits that do not add value to your life.
Questions of The Day:
1. What do you want to be consistent with this year?
2. What are you consistently doing that is not working in your favor?
