A white guy told me not too long ago he preferred black women because of his one experience with a black female who gave him a favor when he was at a low point.
I found his reasoning pathetic, toxic, and disrespectful. It makes it appear that the only purpose for the black woman in his life was for sexual favors, which is ridiculous.

Black women are frequently hypersexualized in our society and frequently have been, which contributes to why they receive less respect, are used, and are abused.
And for this reason, it is so critical for black women to build a healthy self-image, confidence, and esteem about themselves so they can attract the right people and opportunities into their lives that will respect them.
