At some point, we are going to experience the feeling of being overwhelmed. You may be experiencing it now, or you may have experienced the feeling recently.
How do you navigate or get out of this feeling?
Step 1: Understand why you are feeling overwhelmed
Step 2: Ask yourself the following question:
“Does the cause of the feeling make sense, or is it not worth wasting energy over?”
Step 3: De-stress
Examples: walk, stretch, conduct deep breathing exercises, let go, workout, ride a bike, do something fun, watch a movie, laugh, speak affirmations to yourself out loud, give back, do something positive for someone else
