Before you get wrapped up in emotion when you experience any of these circumstances, take a step back.
Take the emotion out of the situation. Use only logic.
How can you recover, overcome, and practice resilience? There is always another path.
Defeat is inevitable; however, is it permanent? The answer to this question is and always will be up to you.
Defeat can be a stepping stone (move forward) or your tombstone (stay in the past). When you live in the past, you’re not living. When you’re rehashing your mistakes, losses, pain, and defeat, you’re not living, so you might as well walk to your grave early.
