Everyone has experienced situations in their lives at times that they wish they were not facing. During these times, many of us can often feel: uncertain, anxious, low, and hopeless.
While these dark wintery periods take place, we mustn’t forget that there is another side to the situation we are facing. We must take moments to breath, feel gratitude, and understand that in the end, we are in control of how we respond to situations [the one thing we are most powerful in doing].

It’s not easy to see the other side of a situation; it’s complicated. It may even feel hopeless and crazy to be positive or level-headed about some of the situations we find ourselves in.
But I would say the hardest part of going through a difficult situation, though, is to consistently feel gratitude and to voice out all of the things, people, places, and circumstances in which you are most grateful. This is the most sure way to save yourself from going insane, falling into depression, or letting life
take you in its own direction.
