Forcing religious beliefs on others is frequently unproductive
When you force religion upon others, you set yourself up for failure because not everyone’s belief systems and ideologies align, and they never will.
We all think and feel differently – especially when it comes to religion.
To slaughter human beings because of religious differences is inhumane and ultimately ignorant, but religion unfortunately also serves (in many cases) as a feeble justification to end the life of a human.
How did we get here? How did we arrive at the point where we destroy a life for an intangible and arbitrary thing such as religion? This still confounds me.
