Don’t work for free
People frequently forget to consider when they work in retail how discounted products can be a way for employers to steal their employee’s paychecks from them.
Whether you’re hourly or salary, the more you spend on your employer’s product, the lower you decrease your wages. You might even get to the point of working for free if you’re careless.
Many co-workers destroy their paychecks by spending it all on employer products.
Don’t make this mistake. Use your paycheck to save, invest, and build up your wealth. Practice self-discipline, and avoid spending where you work
