A productivity hack
And if you’re also like many people, you hop straight on social media.
Social media is not bad, but much of the content is unproductive.
If you’re going to hop on social media first thing in the morning, which I don’t recommend, avoid consuming content that harms your mental health.
Not only will your day go better, but you’ll be more productive.
If you have to eat some content, eat positive content that adds value to your life – especially first thing in the morning.
How you start your morning can dictate your entire day, so do your morning RIGHT!
