Do you eat or drink your calories?
Soda was eliminated from my diet entirely during high school.
It started as a challenge with my best friend, except I never quit the challenge and have stayed steadfast through the years.
It’s an easy win for your health to eliminate this drink since it’s loaded with sugar, additives, and ingredients that are not healthy and wholesome for your body.
Not only did I give up soda, but I also tend to avoid sugary drinks.

Every now and then, I have some, but I try to avoid drinking my calories unless it’s a milkshake or protein shake.
Drinking calories is a dangerous business; it will affect your dental health, internal health, and physical appearance.
Liquids make counting calories a lot more challenging, which is why people often don’t understand where the extra weight comes from because you don’t always feel the calories you drink — unless you’re drinking beer.
Take soda and sugary drinks out of your diet for 2–4 weeks and notice the difference in your energy levels, weight, waist, and mental clarity. There will be a difference; I guarantee it.
