It’s time to change the narrative
This is a constant dilemma.
If we don’t monitor and track our daily actions carefully, we will consistently fall into this bucket at the end of each week.
The remedy: Practice self-awareness more.
When you’re tempted to work later, stop yourself. When you’re tempted to pick up your phone and respond to messages and emails, stop yourself. When you’re tempted to randomly scroll through the internet or social media, stop yourself. When you’re tempted to invest your time into something or someone else that doesn’t directly tie into your priorities, stop yourself.
Or else, you’ll never have time for the things that matter.
Time is not unlimited unless we are maximizing it. When we fail to maximize and utilize our time effectively, we consistently run out of time to accomplish what matters most in our lives.
