will be times when you can work out several days straight without taking a rest day. Then, there will be times when you need to take rest days every couple of days.
Listen to your body; it will not lead you astray.
Now, sometimes we won’t feel like working out; this is different from when our bodies tell us that we genuinely need a break to rest, recover, and repair ourselves. 🙂
