The low places we get to sometimes can be paralyzing.
We can have a goal, but our mindsets resist it, which is why sometimes you have to force progress. Within yourself, finding the willpower to stir your perseverance and resilience is detrimental. You won’t always willingly make progress; this is why it is essential to step outside of yourself and be your own motivator.

It is in these times that we become stronger to push ourselves the next time we enter in a dark and unmotivated phase.
Sometimes we just gotta force progress; this will help remind us of the bigger picture (the one we can’t picture at the moment).
