Allow everyone the chance to learn how to stand on their feet
Even if we have the capacity to help someone, if they struggle to help themselves, we must take that as a sign to step away (temporarily). Provide them the space to learn, grow, and stand on their own two feet.
We can’t be helpful hal and then become the go-to for everyone and everything; that’s draining. Learn to set boundaries with yourself and others, so you can also have more space to learn and grow for yourself.
