Self-discipline isn’t for the weak
Self-discipline is a rare trait.
We live in a society that believes you should give in because you can.
Why wait when you can experience and have what you want now?
But the ones who don’t fall for these traps are the ones who experience the most peace and satisfaction.
They’re the ones who know when to workout and when to rest.
They’re the ones who know when to speak and when to stay silent.
They’re the ones who know when to spend and when to save/invest.
They’re the ones who know when to say “yes” and when to say “no.”
They’re the ones who know when to eat and when to put down the cutlery.
They’re the ones who know when to put the bottle away and when to pull the bottle out.
People with self-discipline will always be different from the average person because they control themselves.
Though we have so much power and free will, we tend to give it up to things, people, and other external variables.
Self-disciplined people never willingly hand over their power to anything or anyone.
Will you choose a life of discipline or lack of discipline? The results are drastically different, but to get these results requires a level of sacrifice.
