Let There Be Days of Both!
You will have days where your productivity is high, and you will have days where your productivity is low. Learn to accept and be okay with both kinds of days because they are bound to happen for all of us.
Review your goals daily so that you can stay on track with your goals – even through less productive times. If you stay in sync with your goals, you will still know how to accomplish your goals – with flexibility. You don’t have to work hard like a maniac every single day. Let there be room for fun, relaxation, breathing, and doing nothing; these activities keep us sane, happy, and content.
