It’s hard to tell people the truth sometimes, especially when : there is food in their teeth, a person has horrid breath, a big spec is stuck in someone’s eye, etc.. What makes it even more difficult to tell the truth is when we don’t even know the person.
BUT the hardest task is telling someone they need to get their life together, they’re hurting us, we’re disappointed in them, they’re letting us down, they can do so much better, and lately they’ve been a complete fuck-up.
Many people today sugar coat the truth. Many people today try to be nice to people (aka fake nice).
Often, we want to come off as a pleasant person when our thoughts, opinions, and personalities are everything BUT.
What inspires growth? What challenges and words take people to higher levels of being? What makes relationships better? What pushes a person?
Honest feedback.
Try it today.
