If you want to lose weight, you must change your diet and implement exercise.
If you want more money in the bank, you must spend less, invest more, and increase your income.
If you want to enhance your social life, you must first be a better friend and invest more time and energy into building relationships.
If you want to develop a stronger career, you must invest in your career development and continually acquire knowledge and expertise.
If you want to improve a friendship, marriage, or partnership, you must start putting the other party first and prioritizing them.
Change only comes from getting out of your comfort zone and taking actions you have not implemented.
Until you choose a different path, you will remain on the path you’ve been on throughout your life.
The question is: How bad do you want to experience change?
