Focus on conveying your truth to other
I used to be a bit concerned with how they would respond, but I later realized it doesn’t matter how they respond. What matters is that I communicate my truth to them in a kind, gentle, and honest way.
We should never try to control how others respond to our truths and feelings. But we can control how we allow others to interact with us and what we communicate to them.
If people choose to cut you off or respond harshly to your truths, you do not need to feel guilty.
Getting your truth out is one of the most powerful things you can do. The more you do it, the more empowerment and freedom you will experience.
