I’ve had to switch up my methods multiple times
It became noticeably tricky for me to always remember to get in my vitamins because they were out of sight, and you know how that goes, “Out of sight, out of mind.”
Here’s how I compromised, I put all my critical supplements on my bathroom countertop. It’s not the prettiest look, but it helps me remember to get in my vitamins each day, which provide me nutrition, energy, and other health benefits (e.g., a stronger immune system).
