My days frequently run for an easy 18 hours straight. So I’m learning how to manage my weight without losing it along with my gains.

I’m still exploring different things, but eating frequently – even if I’m not hungry helps.
It also raises my energy, and I can always use an energy boost!
5 Tips To Maintain Weight
Snack frequently while you work.
Make your meals bigger when you eat.
Eat foods high in fat to get in more calories.
Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated at all times.
Use protein shakes to pack in calories. I even through in a raw egg.
Meal prep and cook ahead to ensure you get all your meals in.
