5 “easy” methods
If you have health or fitness goals, you’ll likely experience cravings at some point.
But you will likely not reach your goals if you constantly give in to your cravings.
Here are five ways that help me quit cravings:
1. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep you full.
2. Eat: Eat a wholesome, healthy, and nutrient-dense meal
Be sure to pair this with 1–2 glasses of water.
3. Eat Again: Eat another wholesome, healthy, and nutrient-dense meal.
Pair this with 1–2 glasses of water.
4. Hold Out (Self-Discipline): Say, “no.” The more you can say “no” to cravings, the faster you will reach your health and fitness goals.
5. Be Patient: Cravings will subside if you don’t engage with them.
In the meantime, stay productive.
