There is a place for them, but the foundation is a significant determinant
However, there are many cases when a lot of our health issues are caused by our own choices.
I’ll give some personal examples.
High Blood Pressure
High blood pressure has run in my family, and much of society also deals with it. I’m technically supposed to have high blood pressure since it’s been ingrained in my genetic code for generations, but I never deal with it.
You can almost guarantee if you decrease your stress load (eliminate obligations and activities you hate/dislike and stop being around the people you hate/dislike), improve your physical activity, ensure you maintain a healthy weight (for you), practice yoga/meditation, and consume a healthier diet, eat in the proper order (more on this in the skin section), along with some other natural supplements, you can decrease your blood pressure naturally – without having to dump pharmaceuticals in your system.
I’ve never had to deal with blood pressure, even though every person in my family has, because I implement everything above. And even when my stress levels are a bit higher, the other healthy actions I take can help offset the temporary increase in stress.
One supplement I’m about to experiment with is relora. It’s a natural cortisol regulator. I’ll write about it in an upcoming post, but one of my family members already uses it as a stress regulator and has experienced excellent results.
Diabetes
This illness has run in my family for quite some time as well. However, I’ve never been susceptible to it.
My a1c numbers have always been healthy and never in a dangerous place, primarily due to maintaining a healthy diet and living an active lifestyle for most of my life.
The common problem is that people need to eat their sugar in order. Sugar can also include processed, fatty, or fried foods.
Instead of starting your meals with these kinds of things, always eat in proper order.
Start with your veggies.
Next, dabble into the animal or plant proteins and fats.
Then see if you even want sugar. Often you don’t want sugar or desire a lot less sugar because you changed the order of how you eat – eliminating unnecessary cravings our bodies have for sugar.
Sometimes I will purposely eat my dessert first because I know after having a full meal, I will not want sugar. But I only recommend this if you have pristine health.
Incessant Skin Issues
Eczema
Before transitioning to improving my immune system, I had constant eczema and, at times, psoriasis.
There was nothing I could do to improve it. I had become dependent on all the creams and needed them every time I had a flare-up.
Once I started implementing natural immune system boosters, I never experienced eczema or psoriasis again.
Natural supplements I implement regularly include:
Clove
Garlic
Echinacea
Oil of Oreganol
Immune system blend

Acne
Now and then, I experience a minor flare-up (usual stuff), but it’s nothing significant as I used to experience on my entire face.
My most significant things in managing healthy skin are maintaining a healthy diet, keeping my stress levels low (removing activities, people, and obligations from my life that add stress), and regulating my hormones.
Believe it or not, the stronger your immune system, the healthier your skin also tends to be.
Another item that helps with both acne and eczema is diet. Decreasing the amount of sugar you eat and eating your sugar after you consume veggies, proteins, and healthy fats can also help decrease your acne because you are decreasing your glucose spikes, which can wreak havoc on the body.
Natural Supplement I implement regularly include:
Dim
Clove
Garlic
Tumeric
Oil of Oreganol
Immune system blend
Herbs Are Cool Because They Don’t Hurt You While They Heal You
A common issue with many pharmaceuticals is their toxic effects.
Herbs, on the other hand, tend to be way less toxic or not toxic at all.
Furthermore, they’re cheaper, natural, and usually have other positive domino effects on your body.
