Here’s how you might be able to get away with it, too
I’m always curious about my cholesterol, considering I frequently eat bacon.
But my numbers are always perfect, and here’s why:
I eat oatmeal daily.
I drink plenty of water daily.
I consume raw veggies daily.
I stay relatively lean year-round.
I eat clean about 50–70% of the time.
I live a very physically active lifestyle.
I don’t consistently eat heavy meat products unless I’m dining out.
I conduct regular detoxes (I’m on one right now, which means I’m not consuming bacon during this time). My detoxes usually include eliminating sugar, processed foods, dining out, pork, burgers, bread, alcohol, sugary drinks, and less healthy snacks.
The worst time to go on a detox is around the holidays
I Also Consume Large Amounts Of Eggs Daily
Did I mention I consume anywhere from 4–10 eggs a day as well?
I’m on a cholesterol rampage.
BUT…..
The cholesterol in my diet is usually only from eggs and bacon, and that’s about it.
Everything else (outside my weekend burger escapades) sits on the healthy side of the food aisle.
Why I Eat Pork So Frequently
Pork is one of the most loved and hated meats worldwide because it is considered “unclean,” along with plenty of other reasons.
However, I’m a perfect example that pork can be consumed without it being a detriment to your body.
The primary reason I implement pork into my diet (outside of the epic taste) is to help me put on weight and maintain weight.

Pork Won’t Hurt Your Health, But Your Habits Will
When it comes to health, you have to take in the entire holistic picture, which is why I’m healthier than many people who don’t eat pork.
The same people who don’t eat pork will frequently consume sugary drinks, desserts, refined and processed foods, alcohol, and dine out.
On top of their less healthy consumption choices, they don’t live active lifestyles, which sets them back even further.
I wish eliminating pork from your diet did the trick for your health, but it doesn’t, which is why I’m a perfect example of a healthy individual who consumes pork regularly.
I have a friend who consumes beef, steak, and other heavy meats almost daily. Yet, they are one of the fittest and healthiest individuals because everything else about their lifestyle and diet is healthy.
