Reflection
Your thoughts and feelings have the power to create your life experience. Whatever you believe to be true for you, shall be true. Are you responsible for creating turmoil in your life? Do you see the glass half full or the glass half empty? Do you find yourself easily offended by others’ actions, remarks, and behaviors? If you focus on malice, you will find it.
“Do Away with the opinion I am harmed, and the harm is cast away too. Do away with being harmed, and harm disappears.” – Marcus Aurelius, Meditations, 4.7
If you habitually look for malice, today, you can start challenging yourself to adopt a new and more productive perspective. Look for the good in people, things, situations, and your interactions with others; practice this daily and notice how your life transforms.
