Prioritize your health before you’re forced to do so
Either way, I knew it was time to visit the chiropractor. Fortunately, after I started going, I found out that my lower body had sustained something similar to a sprain. On top of that, so much was misaligned, and there was a vast build-up (lactic acid, fascia, and scar tissue) in my muscles.
I’m forever grateful I finally forced myself to go before things turned out worse.
The moral of the story, if you’re feeling odd, off, or uncomfortable, get your body checked out. Don’t wait.
I’m not sure why we put off our health until we’re forced to address it. One of the best ways to show we care about our health is to actively invest in it and stay in tune with our bodies.
