Boxed Water Is Better
The three listed below will probably not be the expected tips most people think about, but watching people through the years, here’s what I’ve noticed that works on top of implementing the following throughout my whole life – despite having a family background of obesity.
1. Hang around fit and healthy people.
At first, you might feel uncomfortable being around people who don’t physically resemble you.
But after a while, you will start to feel more confident and comfortable and confident around them because you will start to identify with them.
Soon, you will start to resemble them.
The people I always sought for fitness advice were way ahead of me physically. They were always the people in any gym that stood out from the rest.
I’m not downplaying people with average fitness levels, but if you want to improve, you should learn from the best – not the average.
2. Work out with other fit people.
There have been recommendations to work out with other people on your level or working towards similar goals, but it’s always best to pair with someone who has already attained your goal and has goals bigger than yours.
The best way to grow is to surround yourself with people ahead of you.
People working on similar goals don’t maximize your potential or foster the best challenge.
But being around people who already reached your goals inspires you to think bigger, work harder, and stretch your current goals.
Some people enjoy doing home workouts, which is fine, but being around fit energy is different. One of the best places to be with other fit people is in classes and gyms.
And when I say gyms, I’m not talking about regular gyms; I’m referring to the ones where the most fit people are. These are the ones you should be at a day in and day out when you’re working on your health and fitness.
You will reach your goals faster, increase your confidence, and gain secondhand motivation from being around others surpassing your fitness level.
3. Consistently execute.
If you want to experience any change in your life, you must do one thing:
Consistently Execute. If you’re not doing this, forget about the results. Inconsistency will never get you from you are to where you want to be.
If you believe you can achieve results without consistency, you are delusional.
You may not notice much progress at first, but you’re consistently planting seeds each day.
At some point, all your seeds will explode from the ground and shoot up toward the sky. But you have to be consistent; without this, you will experience average health for the remainder of your life.
Being unhealthily overweight (which looks different for everyone) is a breeding ground for disease. Eliminate extra weight, which decreases how hard your body must work overtime, and you decrease your percentages for disease or other unhealthy ailments.
The benefits are astronomical
