The most significant barrier we need to destroy to achieve anything worthwhile is ourselves.
How many times have you heard statements like this?
I’ve heard it hundreds, if not thousands, of times.
All the personal development and inspirational books, podcasts, shows, and articles preach this statement.
But how many of us recognize the power that lies within the truth of it?
The primary reason things don’t change in our lives isn’t because we aren’t good enough or can’t change things.
The reason is that we don’t believe we can change, and we don’t invest any time or energy into changing things.
On top of this, we aren’t ready to experience the change that would cause a significant shift in our lives.
Change is dangerous.
It displaces you out of your comfort zone.
It rocks the boat.
Change is a form of pain.
The average person is addicted to comfort. The comfort zone is staying in bed when your alarm clock goes off; it’s cold outside, dark, and rainy. That’s how f*cking good the comfort zone feels, which is why so many never escape its claws.
If you’re serious about changing any aspect of your life, career, body, finances, relationships, etc., you will experience pain. And it’s not going to be an easy type of pain. You will be challenged. You will feel every bone in your body encouraging you to quit the transformation process.
But you must fight and ask yourself, what is the end goal?
Because the results you’ve been consistently producing, aren’t it.
How many years will it take for you to accomplish that one goal you’ve been setting year after year?
How long will you remain a victim of your habits, thoughts, and results?
There’s never anything or anyone that prevents you from making progress.
Every barrier can be obliterated.
The most significant barrier we need to destroy to achieve anything worthwhile is ourselves.
That person you look at in the mirror is powerful. They are so powerful they’ve been preventing your progress for years and are ready to prevent you from making more progress and implementing positive change for the rest of your life if you allow it.
Look at yourself in the mirror.
And I want you to ask yourself the following questions:
What do I desire to change in my life?
Would I prefer to stay the same or take action?
Would I rather experience success or failure?

We all know our patterns.
One of your most common patterns might be to do nothing.
The question is, will you do nothing or finally take action?
The truth hurts, but most don’t want to change.
We think we do, and we’re lying to ourselves.
Are you lying to yourself?
