Letter 1: Your Life Is Valuable
Your life is valuable.
Your life is worth everything.
Your life has meaning.
Your life has a purpose.
Your life can only go up from here.
Your life is not in vain.
You’re so precious.
You don’t need to give up on yourself.
You have so much to live for today.
You have the strength to keep going.
You have the strength to keep fighting.
You have the strength to keep loving yourself.
You have the strength to live another day.
You don’t have to give up.
You don’t have to give all of this up.
You can give yourself another shot at life.
You deserve another chance to do it again tomorrow.
Stay here.
Your Life Has Meaning
You were put on this planet for a reason.
Find that reason now.
Realize that reason now.
Your place on this earth is necessary.
Your contributions (small and great) are priceless.
You are meant to be here.
You are meant to stay alive.
You have so much to live for; can you see?
You may not have found your reason, but you will.
Trust and believe that you have purpose.
Trust and know that your life has meaning.
Trust and know that you have divine purpose.
Trust and know that you belong.
Trust and know that your time is not up.
Trust and know that your life is sacred.
Know that the world will not be the same without you.
Your life has meaning.
Say the words; find strength: my life has meaning.
Letter 3: You’re Victorious & Resilient
You’re an overcomer.
You overcome every obstacle you face.
You are victorious.
You are a resilient human being.
You are courageous.
You are strong mentally, physically, and emotionally.
You don’t give up on yourself easily.
You don’t give up on others easily.
You have been chosen and hand-placed to be here.
You have reason to stay alive.
Whatever demons you face are not stronger than you.
Your willpower is unmatchable.
Your weaknesses do not overtake your strengths.
You do not give in to your weakness.
You do not give in to the darkness.
You do not give in to the path of least resistance.
You face the music.
You do the hard sh*t.
You choose a higher life.
You choose to be here and to find your purpose.
You’re a winner.
