Stay on track with your goals; this will work!
I’m not even trying to lose weight and get super hungry.
However, I do not indulge in whatever I want 365 days a year. Discipline is a staple of my life – especially when it comes to my diet.
For those with a physical health goal, you will need to implement discipline.
A few things I have found helpful when I’m hungry include the following two tips.
I promise they work!
The Two Tips
Drink a full bottle of water.
Eat a high-protein item and a batch of raw or lightly cooked veggies.
Example
Drink one 20–50 ounce bottle of water; the more, the better, as long as it is not more than your body needs.
Eat one salmon filet with broccoli, spinach, and asparagus

By consuming these three things (water, protein, and veggies), you will be good to go. If you’re still hungry, wait 1–3 hours before repeating the sequence, and drink more water while waiting.
About The Water
Always drink a bottle of water first, and if they are small bottles of water, drink 2 or 3.
If you weigh 128 pounds or more and stay active, you can drink a gallon of water daily.
About The Protein & Veggies
Aim for healthy and low-sodium seasonings to spruce up the protein and veggies.
Don’t look for a creative way around the protein source. I’m not talking about fried or greasy meats. I’m referencing healthy and clean protein sources. You know what this means.
Results Require A Switch Up
Are you satisfied with your health and physique?
If you aren’t, let me remind you that you are where you are today because of your past choices.
What this means is that the choices you’ve been making aren’t producing the best results.
If you want results, you will have to switch up your game; this does not mean the game has to be boring.
Plenty of clean and healthy foods will bring you results AND satisfaction.
3 Things Required To Reach Your Health & Fitness Goals
Improving your health and fitness requires a few things:
Self-discipline
Consistency
Sacrifice
The donuts, dining out, snacks, desserts, and alcohol, aren’t going to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
Be willing to give up a few things to get you to your destination. The long-term rewards feel 100% sweeter than the short-term rewards.
