The higher your financial education, the higher your net
Warren Buffet spends 80% of his day reading. Sounds like a dream, right? The fact that he spends a massive amount of his day on learning and development contributes to the fact that he is one of the wealthiest individuals in the world.
We don’t need to spend 80% of our days reading books and articles, but it wouldn’t hurt to dedicate a small chunk of time each day to reading informative, empowering, and life-altering information.
Applied knowledge is power, and the more you know, the better you do at life.
Financial Education Positively Correlates To Your Net Worth
One of the best ways to learn about money comes from reading. It’s how I started my financial journey: when my parents introduced me to Robert T. Kiyosaki at the dinner table as a kid.
I would not have reached the point I have today without taking the time to educate myself through books, webinars, mentorship, and exposure to new and unfamiliar information.
Utilized knowledge is power.
It’s true, you know…if you aren’t learning, you’re not growing. And if you’re not growing, you’re dying. In financial terms, if you’re not learning about finance, your net worth is one of two things:
Stifled
Regressing
If you’re not satisfied with where you are financially, reflect on how much time you’ve invested in intentional and sound financial education.
More than likely, you’re missing the mark somewhere; it might just be a small tweak you need to implement, but you won’t know if you don’t take the time to find out.
Read and educate yourself as if your life depended on it; by doing this, you will reach new levels and heights you never realized.
