Don’t fool yourself into thinking you’ll start working on a goal when external change occurs. You’ll work on your goal when you take action. You’ll be ready to work on your goals when you start. Circumstances will be optimal when you decide they’re optimal because guess what? Circumstances are rarely perfect.
