Take a knee
If you’re a consistent gym rat like me, you need a break from the gym.
It might seem counterproductive, but it’s essential you give your body time to rest, heal, recover, and rejuvenate itself, or you increase your risk of injury and the potential to slow down your gains in the gym.
If you’ve never rested and recovered, your muscles and physical strength/stamina can’t improve.
