Do your actions conflict with your goal?
Eating out daily or consistently will most likely add weight to your body. If you’re watching your portion sizes and choosing healthy options, you could avoid the weight gain, but this is unusual.
The primary goal of fast food is convenience, which is why there are fewer healthy restaurants than non-healthy ones.
If one of your primary goals is to lose weight, but you eat out often, your actions completely conflict with your goal.
Eat out less and watch the weight drop.
