One of James Clear’s recommendations in Atomic habits is to place your temptations/distractions out of sight or keep them inaccessible.
If you want to experience a healthier body and a more refined physique, one of the first things you should do is clear out your pantry of all the foods that don’t contribute to your goals.
You might think you have the willpower to refrain from partaking in the snacks in the pantry, but eventually, one day, you will be tested like never before, and you might give in.
