Don’t skimp too frequently on the sleep
It keeps your mental health in check.
It restores clarity to the mind.
It puts pep back in your step.
It recovers the muscles.
It mitigates bodily pain.
It increases our vitality.
It decreases stress.
It improves mood.
It heals the body.
It clears the skin.
After being sleep-deprived for a few weeks, I finally got some sleep and woke up smiling.
I was smiling all day about absolutely nothing…
Though we will all have days when we don’t get the rest needed to function at our peak, let’s all try to get more sleep to improve our vitality, mood, and overall health.
And we could all use more smiles. 🙂
