How to keep that healthy bod when you’re home away from home
If you plan, you can stay on the course. One of the most important things you can do when you travel is to meal prep.
This doesn’t mean you have to cook your food; you can avoid cooking the entire time by packing the following things [see list below].
Not only will you still get in your nutritional needs, but you will also get in your protein, which is one of the most important nutrients if you want to maintain a lean body while traveling.
The 3 Things
Protein: Examples include protein powder and canned meats (i.e., tuna, sardines, mackerel, salmon, etc.),
Greens: Amazing Grass Greens Superfood Blend
Fats: Justin’s Almond Butter
I only listed these three [and not carbs] because they are easy to consume on the go.
If you enjoy carbs, sweets, and sugar, you can add fruit, which is high in nutritional value but is also unnecessary. You can get all of your nutritional needs from veggies.
Something else I like to get on the road when I come across it is juiced greens.
Don’t throw nutrition out the window
