Something has to give, and it shouldn’t be your health
The Remedy
If you find yourself struggling to go to bed early, set an aggressive deadline (i.e., time) for when you need to accomplish all of your daily tasks.
Once the time the deadline has arrived, SHUT THINGS DOWN. Don’t compromise.
As you continue not compromising, you’ll notice that you become more strategic with how you utilize your time. Your productivity levels will potentially shoot through the roof because of your increased efficiency.
The best way to stay productive is to take care of yourself!
