The point of being refreshed, energized, and running over with goodwill doesn’t benefit only ourselves; it benefits those who our impact will touch.
How can you effectively execute your purpose with others if you’re always tired, bitter, resentful, and stressed?
You can’t.
What Does Being Full Of Yourself Look Like?
You practice self-care.
You’re comfortable using the word “no.”
You maintain a healthy level of respect for yourself.
You do not value others’ opinions more than your own.
You take time to be with yourself and enjoy your company.
You implement healthy boundaries with yourself and others.
You consistently expose yourself to new people and experiences.
